Can driving around a lot hurt the baby?

where I live it's very packed and congested, sad part is it's not even really a cityy just over-populated. there's potholes everywhere and 3 times today I was cut off by bad drivers and had to slam my brakes so I wouldnt crash. I didnt get lunged into the steering wheel but almost did. no apparent injury. But could driving like this, in bad conghestion with bad roads and bad traffic, even if I never (fingers crossed) get into an actual collision/crash, hurt my baby? I am 28 weeks pregnant.
