Ex boyfriend to boyfriend?

Ok so this boy i've known for years asked me out a few years ago. I said yes but it didn't last long at all. like maybe a month, but i was only twelve at the time. Now im sixteen and we've dated over 5 different times. Each time i was stupid and said yes. He cheated on me with two different girls. He hasn't kissed me yet either because he's "too prude"and wants to make sure im the one. a few months ago on our first new years eve together, he was planning to kiss me. He started fighting with me like 10 minutes before the ball dropped. So as the countdown started i was walking over to him and he grabbed the girl he'd cheated on me with the last time, and kissed her. With me standing not even five feet away. I was absolutely mortified and almost fell over. i left the party and immediately started crying Its been a few months since we broke up and we started talking again. He told me he likes me and is thinking baout asking me out. What do you think i should do?
