If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's fake death. If some poor person died in crash and had weird sand storm cover plane, then seven years would have to p before widow would get anything. Rich person flying most likely top of the line plane never sends distress signal, and none of the mandatory beacons go off if cash happens get listed as dead rapidly. Hope he's enjoying himself somewhere.
