Swollen lymph nodes. Should I be concerned?

I have these swollen lymph on one side of my neck and the other on my left under arm area. I also get these annoying itches on my chin. Sometimes, the swelling with either go down or go away. However, they reappear. Should I be worried? I'm going to see the doctor next week.
