Can anyone help with words to describe AIDS?

I am using the each word to represent a letter in AIDS. Like A would be Adorable (not really just an example). It is for a poem I am writing and it has a lot of hate and betrayal in it. Any ideas? List as many words that would apply. Thanks so much.
