I have a @ yr old daughter, whos father was not originally on the birth certificate, but filed for visitaion,?

and after some horrible legal advice I agreed to let him on the bc, and he recieved visitation and joint legal custody, in an agreement written by me. He was also ordered to pay 350 a month in child support, after 3 months of visitation I took the father back to court for an emergency hearing and restraining order after an incident occurred. I then was made aware that he was testing positive for drugs through probation drug tests, fast forward 1 year, after numerous supervised visits and more failed drug tests, a dui charge, an indecient exposure charge, a restraining order, an interferring with judicial proceedings charge, and a new 3 yr sentence for probation, the father lost his parenting rights to see the child. FINALLY. Now he is not paying child support. He works for a family owned business and they are helping him avoid wage garnishment. All I want is him to be gone. I want all technical rights and I will gladly not receive the child support I never get anyways. How can I do this? The judges seem to constantly hand out chances and I am scared to go back to court to start another round of visitations again and keep going thru this. What actions can I take to take his rights away permanently
