I want to breed guppies. ?

I want to breed guppies to make cool looking ones. I want to get 2 breeding trios put the males in a 10 gallon tank and the females in a 5 gallon. I want to breed for quality and i was wondering what i could do with the babies i don't want. I will get another 5 to 10 gallon for the fry.
