Should I call the police?

i would only call if the guy was threatening to your mom. he may have just been walking by. you both are safe so i wouldnt call.... besides if you dont even have a good description of what the guy they are actually LOOKING for if you call it might be a waste of their time looking for someone that isnt who they are looking for....i would see if anything is on the news first that has any type of description of the person that they are :looking for: then if it matched the description of the guy call
