What is the best flat iron in your opinion?

Ok so i've been using my moms Kenta flat iron and its almost $200 dollars and it does work really good but I want my own and I have really been considering purchasing a CHI flat iron. All my friend have it and say its the best but what is the best from your experiences? i don't want one that's over $110 Thanks!(:
