How come now a days everyone thinks there deep and profound?

I sometimes come across the most stupidest theories I have ever seen in my life on here. It seems now a days that everyone thinks there so deep and profound. But yet it seems that no one has any original thought. The best thoughts are keep to ones self not shared. You must not share these thoughts because they bare an eye to your soul somethings must be keep in secret have we all forgotten.
